Conditions of Room Hire
The following are a list of conditions under which Leigh Bowling Club No2 (the Club) agrees to hire the function room to the person named on the attached booking form, and to which the person booking agrees to be bound.
- A non-refundable deposit of of the hire fee must be paid at the time of the booking,
- Please note that due to fire regulations the room can only accommodate a maximum of 150 people.
- You may NOT bring any other drink onto the premises. All drinks must be purchased from the Bar.
- On Party or Celebratory events no cannon style poppers or confetti may be used, as these are a significant health and safety hazard.
- After last orders are calledyou must clear the room within 45 minutes, including the bagging up of any food etc. ALL MUSIC (if applicable) MUST CEASE BY MIDNIGHT.
- The member booking the party is responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times. Violent and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. You will appreciate that we do have neighbours and would request that your guests leave quietly at the end of the evening.
- Please check with the Steward/ Stewardess as to what time you require entry in order to "dress" the room. All decorations must be attached with either string or blue tack. You may not use tape of any kind as this damages the paintwork.
- The Club cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to any vehicles or property whilst left on the premises.
Please be aware as this is a Members club there will be other members present, however we do try to make members aware of private parties to prevent their entrance to your event.
